Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Banana bread over night oats:

Vegan friendly, healthy, high protein, sugar free chocolate ganache.

Ingredients:

Base

  • 1/2 cup quick oats

  • 1/2 cup of any milk

  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • A splash of vanilla extract

Second Layer

  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tbsp peanut butter or Nutella

Chocolate Ganache

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • sweetener

  • 7g hot water

  • 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt

  • Mix together (the texture should be like pudding)

Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl. Then mix all of the ingredients for the second layer in a separate bowl too. Mix the ingredients for the top later. Without waiting, pour the top layer over the base layer. Lastly, leave it in the fridge for over 1 hour or over night. Enjoy!
